Our school is one of only 30 schools across the whole south east selected to take part in an exciting competition. The competition is for Key Stage 2 children and run by the Lions Club. The children are very excited about the competition. For more information please follow the link below.
We are once again supporting the Quicken Trust Charity based in Hailsham. They work solely in the village of Kabubbu in Uganda. This year we will be raising money to buy maize for families affected by drought. We enjoyed a special assembly to launch the appeal.

On Tuesday, 21st November at 9.15am, we will be holding an Open Morning for prospective reception children who will be starting in September, 2018. We will be delighted to see you and show you our wonderful school.

We had a fantastic science day where we learnt about sound, vibrations and scientists and their inventions. We used springs to see how sound and light travel through the air. We spoke through balloons to feel and hear sounds. We especially loved using lights and CDs to create rainbows.
As part of our Harvest Festival Service, the children brought in donations of food. The Year 6 School Councillors distributed some of these food gifts to local residents in Nutley.
